Enrollment Schedule
For First Semester, Academic Year 2010-2011
NEW STUDENTS:
  • April 26 to 30, 2010 - Qualifiers
  • May 3 to 17, 2010 - Waiting List/Transferee
Requirements for Enrollment AY 2010-2011 Freshmen Only
  • BPSU College Admission Test Result (Admission Slip)
  • Enrollment Checklist Form from the Guidance Office
  • Form 138 (High School Card) - Original and one (1) photocopy
  • Two (2) pieces 1"x1" identical pictures with nametag
  • Original and one (1) photocopy of NSO Authenticated Certificate of Live Birth
  • Long Brown Envelope
  • All enrollees are required to bring black ballpen
  • Male enrollees are advised to wear decent haircut
