Goals 

The Master of Arts in Nursing is a program designed to promote educational preparation and training programs among nurses. It aims to develop good managers who can effectively and efficiently operate an organization.The program also provides the student with full awareness and better insights into the essential of management as applied to actual practice.

Objectives

  • Develop critical thinking about current problems and issues that beset the nursing profession;
  • Strengthen the health care delivery system through seminars and trainings geared toward upgrading the competence of nurses;
  • Increase undertaking of nursing theories, research, principle, methodologies and their application to the profession; and
  • Develop acceptable research and extension activities particularly on health care.
