Refund for Dropping a Program (rev. 2012)

Requirement(s): Duly accomplished dropping form signed by the Dean and the Registrar; Official Receipt; Certificate of Registration

Location: Cashier’s Office of the Campus

Fee: None

Steps:

  1. Present requirements to the Cashier’s Office. The cashier will validate the presented requirements based on the existing policies on refund.
  2. After validation, you will be required to return on the date of release. The preparation of refund usually takes 3 working days.
  3. On the scheduled date, go to the Cashier’s Office and receive the refund. In case you are sending a representative, authorization letter and valid ID of representative will be required.
