BPSU Lingap-Kalinga Relief Operations for Typhoon Yolanda Victims

Hits: 2855

Super Typhoon Yolanda has proven to be a natural catastrophe unlike any other. Until now, our fellow men in the hard-hit areas continue to struggle with basic necessities such as food, shelter, and clothing.

In order to aid our brothers and sisters in dire need, the University shall  conduct the Lingap-Kalinga Relief Operations. This activity shall be coordinated via the NSTP unit with Dr. EDMUNDO C. TUNGOL as In-Charge. Donations will be accepted until 22 November 2013.  The following are the items that are urgently needed:

  1. Biscuits
  2. Blankets
  3. Bottled water
  4. Clothes for adults, children and babies
  5. Diapers
  6. Easy to open canned goods that do not need cooking
  7. Mats
  8. Toiletries (including sanitary napkins)
  9. Towels

Please do not give noodles that need cooking because they don’t have water there. You may bring your donations at the former office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs at the BPSU Main Campus. For coordination and queries, kindly contact Dr. Tungol through (047) 237-3490.
