BPSU ranks 5th Overall in Concrete Solutions Competition

The American Concrete Institute Philippines - Bataan Peninsula State University Student Chapter (ACIP-BPSU SC) ranked 5th Overall in the ACI Spring 2022 Concrete Solutions Competition held via Zoom, March 28.

The said entry is an innovation towards "Less Cracking Concrete - Barely breaking, always adapting" which participated in the two-phase competition proper along with a comprehensive team interview.

The winning team was comprised of John Cris Aquino, Hanz Andrei Siasat, Rona Mikaela Dela Torre, John Lesther Sacdalan, Jericho Salum, Almira Glizel Garcia and Francine Joyce Aguila together with their adviser Engr. Gil G. Cruz Jr.

The American Concrete Institute is a leading global authority for the development, dissemination, and adoption of its consensus-based standards, technical resources, and educational, training and certification programs.

It can be recalled that ACI-BPSU Student Chapter also placed on the said competition for the last two years.
