Second Semester Schedule of Enrollment AY 2016-2017

Schedule:

December 27-28, 2016 - 4th year (BEEd/BSEd)

January 3, 2017 - ALL 1st year students

January 4-5, 2017 - ALL 2nd year students

January 6 & 9, 2017 - ALL 3rd year students

January 10-11, 2017 - ALL 4th year students

January 12-13, 2017 - ALL 5th year students

January 16-17, 2017 - All irregular students

June 27-30 to July 1, 2016   - ALL 5th year students

July 4 to July 8, 2016  - ALL 4th year students

July 11 to July 15, 2016  - ALL 3rd year students

July 18 to July 22, 2016  - ALL 2nd year students

July 25 to July 29, 2016     - ALL 1st year and Irregular  students

Enrollment Schedule for SECOND SUMMER 2016

Schedule of Enrollment for SECOND SUMMER 2016 is on May 30-31 to June 1-4 2016

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES 
1. Present the Clearance to the registrar for the assessment of fees.

       For Irregular Students:

      1.1 Irregular students will be given the evaluation form to be presentedto the dean for the schedule of classes.
      1.2 Return the evaluation form together with the schedule of classes to the registrar for the assessment of fees.

2. Pay the fees to the cashier.
3. Present the clearance and the receipt to the registrar for the printing of the Certificate of Registration (COR).
4. Sign the Certificate of Registration and return one copy to the Registrar.

REGULAR CLASSES START ON June 6, 2016

Schedule of Enrollment for SUMMER 2016 is on April 4-April 8, 2016

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
