BPSU, DILG ink MOA in LED4LGUs Program

The Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) has partnered with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region III, and DILG Bataan in the implementation of the Local Economic Development for Local Government Units (LED4LGUs) Program through Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony held on March 7 at the BPSU-Main Campus, Balanga, Bataan.

The said collaboration aims to orchestrate a series of trainings involving three fundamental LED modules for the third- and fourth-class municipalities of Bataan.

LED4LGUs program is based on a LED process that emphasizes the enabling role of LGUs in promoting economic growth and employment generation.

Also present during the MOA signing were BPSU President Dr. Gregorio J. Rodis, BPSU Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training Dr. Hermogenes M. Paguia, DILG Region III Director Karl Caesar Rimando, DILG Bataan Provincial Director Myra Moral-Soriano, and DILG R3 Capability Development Division (CDD) Chief Ener Cambronero, and CDD Assistant Chief Lee Allen Pineda.
